vivo has expanded its S-series lineup in India with the launch of the vivo S2 FE, arriving just after the series made its return to the market with the vivo S2 in August. The new smartphone is built around a 10,000mAh battery, the largest the company has ever fitted in one of its phones, and pairs it with a 6.83-inch AMOLED display and a MediaTek Dimensity 7300e processor.
10,000mAh Battery With 44W Fast Charging and Reverse Charging
Battery life is the main selling point of the vivo S2 FE. Its 10,000mAh cell supports 44W fast charging, which helps shorten top-up times for such a large capacity. The phone also supports reverse charging, so it can double as a portable power bank and recharge other devices when needed.
Display and Performance
The vivo S2 FE features a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, delivering smooth scrolling and responsive visuals for everyday use, gaming and video streaming. An in-display fingerprint scanner takes care of biometric unlocking.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the Dimensity 7300e chipset, offered with 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
Camera Setup
The rear camera system is led by a 50MP Sony IMX852 main sensor, supported by a secondary 2MP camera. For selfies and video calls, the phone is equipped with a 32MP front camera.
Software, Durability and Connectivity
The vivo S2 FE runs OriginOS 6, which is based on Android 16. On the durability side, the phone carries an IP69 rating and MIL-STD-810H certification, indicating improved resistance to dust, water and everyday wear.
Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and GPS.
