iQOO 16 and iQOO Pad Ultra Full Specs Leak Ahead of Official Launch
iQOO 16 and iQOO Pad Ultra specs have leaked, revealing flagship displays, Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 power, big batteries, fast charging, and premium features.
Less than 24 hours before their official unveiling, the full specifications of the iQOO 16 and iQOO Pad Ultra have surfaced online, courtesy of Digital Chat Station on Weibo.
According to the leak, the iQOO 16 will feature a 6.85-inch Samsung M16 “LEAD” OLED display with 2K+ resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. Powering the device will be the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset, supported by iQOO’s Q4 in-house gaming chip.
On the camera front, the smartphone is said to include a 50MP main sensor with a 1/1.3-inch sensor size, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom based on Sony’s IMX882 sensor. For selfies, the phone may offer a 32MP front camera. A large 8,400mAh battery is also expected, along with 100W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.
Other reported features include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, a dual-axis vibration motor, symmetrical stereo speakers, IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, and USB 3.2 support.
The iQOO Pad Ultra is tipped to arrive with an 8.8-inch OLED display carrying a 2304 x 1440 resolution in a 16:10 aspect ratio, plus a 165Hz refresh rate. It will reportedly use the same Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 SoC and Q4 gaming chip combination, along with a built-in large cooling fan.
Additional specifications allegedly include symmetrical stereo speakers, dual X-axis vibration motors, and a 9,020mAh battery with 66W wired charging. The tablet is also said to measure just 5.74mm thick and weigh 298g.
