To view the exact percentage (%) of how close you are to levelling up you'll need an open MMR Window. 

In the top right-hand corner above the purple "My Room" button there is a small cog wheel labelled "my account"

Click the 'my account' and it will take you to the personal information that you supplied when signing up. As well as your exact percentage (%) of how close you are to levelling up!
